The Respect Module covers a good standard of best practice basics. If you’re signing up to become a member of Rainbow Assured and you don’t currently have any LGBTQ+ specific training in house, this will cover our requirements on our criteria and get you to that important verified stage.

Course Information

Cost of training: from £500 half day, from £1000 full day, Up to 20 attendees

Course for multiple businesses – up to 20 attendees Respect Module only (2 hours) – from £65 Protect Module only (3 hours) – from £120 Respect & Protect Module - from £175 (options can include catering dependent on venue)

Protect Module – 4 hours

Training can take place in person or online. I can come out to your workplace / local training facility or you can book your employees on to one of our multi business sessions. Courses can be adapted and tailored to the business concerned. Please contact us for more information and to discuss your requirements.

Bronze - £125 pa

Silver - £250 pa

Gold - £500 pa

We will teach you:

A brief history of LGBTQ+ landmark leaders and their impact
An awareness of the laws covering LGBTQ+ equality
Identify the value in giving consideration and respect to everyone
A basic understand of pronouns and their use in language
Keep an open mind with regard to other lifestyles, no matter how different to your own
Ensure that respect is given consistently across the board
